Added options to the main menu, control invert and an Aim Assist for people like me with bugger all reflexes.

Updated art overall for the whole game, adding differing colour pallets for each "chapter" as well as some minor improvements to FX and to the targeting reticule to make it clearer when you're within range of a hook.

Packaged up the playable levels of the 3rd chapter as well, so some new things to try.
